Deck of Cards printing update (please read!), previews & confirmation of fulfillment dates

Onwards to ADAGIO news!
I've been exchanging emails with the printer/manufacturer in China for the past few days and we're all set to finalize printing everything in the next two weeks. That's the good news!
The slightly bad news though, very slightly, has to do with the deck of playing cards...
The deck is absolutely ready and good to print but unfortunately the manufacturer I was going to use has been difficult to work with and I've decided to take my business elsewhere.
That isn't much of a problem for the cards itself, in fact, because I'm switching manufacturers I was able to upgrade the cards from Casino quality stock with a glossy finish to a Casino Superior card stock with a linen finish.
That's a huge difference!
The problem though is the Magnetic Box. The new manufacturer doesn't carry them. So I had to choose between better cards and a simpler tuck box or simpler cards and a magnetic "fancy" box (and an impossible place to work with).
I decided to go for superior quality of cards.
The playing cards look awesome and I love the design Deyvison Manes came up with for them and Bräo's artwork is just next level. I have no doubt that the finished product will be highly desirable to the point I will print a few extras and after fulfillment will put them up for sale on future Kickstarters.
I apologize for the inconvenience of "downgrading" the box but I think the upgrade to the actual cards more than make up for it.
FULFILLMENT CALENDAR
I'm happy that we're actually still on track with the same fulfillment dates from my last Update a couple of weeks ago. E-Heng printer has done a solid job so far and I can't wait to see the finished products once they are done printing.
I will ask some photos to share as soon as they are done.

Before I get into the ADAGIO news I wanted to quickly share my latest campaign on Kickstarter which is currently live until March 13th. For those that never heard of the Weird Western series I've been working on for ten years this is the perfect opportunity to dive right in :)
The Few and Cursed stars a Curse Chaser and Gunslinger known only as the Redhead and while we're crowdfunding issue #11 we do have all past books available and with discounted prices.

Onwards to ADAGIO news!
We've had some problems with printing these past few weeks and the Chinese New Year didn't help either but we're back on track and thankfully we won't be delayed all that much as far as fulfillment goes.
Last week I received the Brazilian edition of ADAGIO all in Portuguese and it looks fantastic in hand, if it's any indication of the books you'll receive you are all in for a treat! :D
This couldn't be a better time to publish ADAGIO as I got word that a Japanese company assisted by AI has developed a gadget that allows users to record and watch dreams. Yeah, the future of ADAGIO has arrived...
I hope you've all enjoyed your digital copies so far and rest assured that physical fulfillment will happen ASAP.
FULFILLMENT CALENDAR
While printing is still ongoing and I'm switching fulfillment partners (ADAGIO will be Laguna Studio's first fulfillment for Timberwolf Entertainment) I thought it best to slightly adjust the fulfillment dates again and make sure we follow through.
Below are our best estimates based on everything that's going on, please keep in mind these are still subject to change due to a number of factors but as we get closer to fulfillment they will become clearer and more accurate.

Please fill them out ASAP to make sure you get your rewards. Reminders were sent to all 58 backers - check your Spam Folders!

Hello my beautiful backers!
This is always one of my favorite Updates to write! ADAGIO is now 100% complete and ready to be digitally distributed \o/
We still have a couple of weeks to go before going to print because of the holidays but this is good because you can all lend a hand. For those experiencing ADAGIO in digital format I'd love some input on the dialogues, the writing, the language, typos, grammar mistakes, anything that jumps out and you feel you need to let me know.
If you catch anything out of place, anything at all, please either leave a comment, DM or email me at [email protected]
Even though copy editing is part of the process, sometimes things slip through the cracks - plus this being a sci-fi piece I took the liberty of being a bit... cheeky, with some of the dialogue and some feedback would be great!
If anything sounds too weird or confusing, I'm happy to drop it and go back to the correct form of English :)
DIGITAL DISTRIBUTION
Digital files have been sent via BackerKit directly to your Kickstarter registered e-mails. All files have been sent with download instructions but here are a couple of things to keep in mind:
1- Check your Spam. E-mails will come from BackerKit and they can end up in your spam or junk folder. Please search for any and all e-mails coming from BackerKit.
2- BackerKit Surveys must have been filed out. I still have 70 backers that have not filled out their surveys yet and without completed surveys no rewards will be sent - digital or otherwise.
If you haven't filled out your survey please click the link below and you'll immediately and automatically get an e-mail with the digital files as soon as you complete them:
If you haven't received the digital files it's probably because you haven't filled out your surveys. If you are still not able to retrieve your personal Survey after clicking the link above please contact me at [email protected] so we can get the good folks over at BackerKit on it.
Last but not least, you all have the files in your e-mails you just need to find it in your inbox or junk folder. I will not send out any download links, digital distribution happens via BackerKit. It's the best way for me to protect the books and make sure everyone downloads their rewards.
Recapping all Digital Rewards:
- ADAGIO - The Complete Graphic Novel
- The original ADAGIO short story used in a pitch in 2017
- A collection of wallpapers for mobile & desktop
- The ADAGIO Spotify Playlist with music that inspired the writing
Backers that have pledged for packages including back issues or other titles (i.e.: Shadow Nation, Chronicles, 321: Fast Comics, etc) already got their respective digital copies too.
It's all done automatically and securely via BackerKit, all files are distributed together so if you misplace any emails please let me know and we will get that squared away.

This is a curated collection of albums and songs I listened to while writing ADAGIO and that I still listen to this day. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!
FULFILLMENT CALENDAR
Now that we are done with the digital part of fulfillment it's time to focus on going to print and actually manufacturing all the physical rewards. This process does take some time so it will be a couple of months before rewards are shipped.
However, since the book is completely done I don't think the following will suffer any delays, if at all. I will adjust those as needed as soon as the printer or shipping companies let me know what their calendars look like.

Hey everyone!
This will be quick, just wanted to let everyone know I'm putting up the finishing touches on ALL Adagio digital files today and will review them over the couple of days to make sure everything is perfect.
Digital fulfillment will happen either Thursday (26th) or Friday (27th) at the latest!
I apologize for the inconvenience but trust me I can't wait for you all to experience ADAGIO, it's been awesome re-working on this IP and the more I did the more I wanted to upgrade it :)

Hey backers!
I'm thrilled to share production on ADAGIO has been completed! On the next few days I will be setting up and finalizing print files so we can go to print before the end of the year :D
We are right on schedule as per my last Update which you can find below one more time I cannot wait for you all to experience the world of ADAGIO. This is what the next few weeks should look like as we get closer and closer to fulfillment:

December 9th: Shipping & Add-Ons payments collected through BackerKit

December 15th: We go to print!

December 16 - 22nd: Digital Fulfillment happens in time for the holidays!

February: Fulfillment starts! This should take about two weeks so we're aiming for mid-February to be completely done, no later than early March.
Your chosen methods of payment should've been charged by now and you'll get confirmation emails directly from BackerKit. If you haven't gotten an email sitting in your Inbox please do check the Spam/Junk folder as sometimes emails from BackerKit do get screened.
I still have 73 backers that have yet to fill out their surveys and if you don't do it in the next 48 to 96hrs your name will NOT be included in our Thank You section as I prep printing files. Once we go to print, we can't include your name any longer...
On top of that, if you don't cover shipping rates through BackerKit you forfeit your pledge and the money received will be considered a donation to the project. Please fill them out ASAP to make sure you get your rewards.

ERRORED CHARGES
I see a few backers had their original payments errored and that can happen for a number of reasons. Because we're covering shipping through BackerKit please follow instructions from their team on how to update your payment methods.
They will keep trying your cards once a week until the charge goes through and if you have any questions they will be more than happy to help.
