Hey everyone!

I will keep this brief but all good news. Both Laguna Studios in the US and GamesQuest in the UK have received all products and finalized sorting and logging everything.

We will begin packing and shipping rewards immediately!!

Backers outside the US should've gotten an address confirmation email from GamesQuest which gives you all until June 15th to make any changes - this is standard procedure for them.

You'll know your items are on the way when you get a tracking number either through your Kickstarter registered email accounts from BackerKit or GamesQuest.

Let's give both hubs a couple of weeks to get all packages out the door and when they are done I will send another Update on lost/missing packages.

Before I get into ADAGIO fulfillment news I wanted to remind everyone that my latest Kickstarter campaign, The Few and Cursed: Ink & Shadow, ends this upcoming Thursday 06/05, at 11:59pm est \o/

We've been chasing Stretch Goals since day 2 and most of them are aimed towards book upgrades. For instance, we just unlocked a sweet HARDCOVER upgrade to all books sold through the campaign! That's your chance to pledge towards a softcover edition and score a special Hardcover ones ;)

ADAGIO HAS ARRIVED IN THE US!

I just got word from the manufacturer that Laguna Studios is getting Adagio today! That means fulfillment for domestic backers will happen in the next two or three weeks. All items have finalized production and have arrived in our US hub - the books, notebooks, cards, bookplates, decks, you name it, they have it :D

Laguna will need some time to count and log all items but these are excellent news as fulfillment has never been closer. Backers will know when their items have shipped when they get a tracking number through BackerKit in their Kickstarter registered email accounts.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS WILL HAVE TO WAIT TWO MORE WEEKS...

Yeah, I know... frustrating, right? But for some reason customs were faster to clear in the US than in the UK and I was informed all boxes going to GamesQuest will take another two weeks. While not an ideal situation there really isn't much nobody can do about it.

Transit lines have been a bit whacky lately and delays of inventory entering Europe are not a surprise I'm afraid. I have confidence that GamesQuest will process all orders as soon as possible and I'm already in touch with them to get product out the door asap.

We have a Shipping Plan in place and all docs, forms and what have you taken care of. It truly is a matter of waiting for the books to arrive only.I will continue to monitor the situation and will immediately be in touch if anything happens.

For now though it's safe to say international orders will ship in about a month.

Thank you all so much for supporting ADAGIO and I can't wait until you all have your rewards in hand, they look incredible and I have no doubt worth the wait :D

Hey guys!

Before I get into Adagio news allow me to share yet another Kickstarter campaign for The Few and Cursed series. I am super proud to present An exclusive gorgeous ARTIST EDITION trade paperback preserving Fabiano's original artwork and his mastery of the medium :D

We're about $200 away from our initial goal, sooo close, it'd be awesome if we could get a few more backers to hit the link right away and pledge to guarantee your copy. Also, this very special edition will NOT be available outside this Kickstarter campaign.

It's a true collector's edition and we want to make it as rare as possible so once the campaign finishes in 22 days, that's it, you'll have to go the secondary market to grab a copy.

FULFILLMENT CALENDAR

We've had a slight delay in transit with our many many boxes worth of product after they left the manufacturer in China but they are en route and both hubs - GamesQuest & Laguna Studios - are ready to start fulfillment as soon as the inventory arrives.

SKU codes have been uploaded and shipping plans have been finalized based on Backer Reports - we're literally waiting for the cargo to arrive in both hubs. I will have to adjust the calendar shared in my last update to account for such delay since we should've been shipping packages by now.

With everything in place though I don't foresee any more delays and I'm confident all of you will be receiving your rewards within the next four weeks.

Estimates and tracking says the inventory will be delivered by the end of the month with fulfillment taking about two weeks afterwards.

Hello backers!

Happy to share another exciting progress Update as we get closer and closer to fulfillment. 

The manufacturer in China has finished printing everything and we're now packing and organizing to ship materials to our fulfillment hubs in the US, Canada and the UK.

This step usually takes a few weeks because it's dependent on transit times from China to the rest of the world. There are a LOT of moving parts from clearing customs to actual transit time on sea.

I do have some exciting news though! The two products printed in the US have been finalized and delivered. The ADAGIO deck of cards look and feel phenomenal!!

Absolutely top quality, Casino quality, with the right texture, card stock, everything up to the standard you'd expect from a professional deck of cards.

And of course every card features Bräo's phenomenal artwork, I'm absolutely certain everyone will love this deck of cards!

On top of the deck of cards, I also just received the shiny and highly collectable METAL CARD featuring ADAGIO's artwork and a new "login screen".

Taking photos does not do this card justice, you really ought to see it in hand, it looks fantastic :D

FULFILLMENT CALENDAR

 Alright, this one is almost out the door and to backers' hands. Now that everything has been printed and manufactured, it's likely we won't see any other delays.

What you see below are my most accurate predictions but they are still predictions so subject to change. It is great news though we're going into our final steps. Here's when to expect your rewards:

• April: Items in transit from China to fulfillment hubs
• Early to mid-May: Fulfillment begins! Packages will be sent in waves and times vary between the different hubs, please keep an eye out for any emails from BackerKit or myself re: tracking numbers.
• June: Replacements of lost and/or damaged items will begin.
• July: Fulfillment completed!

As you can see above we will have a period of two months to handle any lost packages or items damaged in transit. If you receive any product that is not in perfect condition please wait before reaching out.

I will personally organize replacements to make sure all backers are happy with their ADAGIO experience. We're almost there, folks, just a bit more patience and you'll have your books in no time.

Printing ALMOST completed - final days of production! Check out this video of the KS Edition 🤯

Hey everyone!

Quick update to let you know E-Heng Printer is wrapping up production of all items this week and everything is looking absolutely incredible :D

They sent in the video below showcasing the KS edition of ADAGIO with the die-cut cover and oh my God, how much I loved it! I hope you will too! I had never done a die-cut cover before, it was quite challenging to get everything right but it was worth it, it paid off!

I believe everything will be finished up printing and packing by the end of this week. Then it's a few weeks of transit time from China to the US and finally fulfillment. I have everything lined up already with Laguna Studios - our new fulfillment partner - and as soon as Adagio arrives, we will begin fulfillment.

It won't be long now, folks \o/
